"Receive the Power": The Youth Program

From Wednesday July 9 to Sunday July 13, "Receive the Power" will bring together young people from all over the world and from different churches to celebrate, pray, praise and focus on Jesus Christ who calls us together.

The Festival's Youth Program, created for an international, inter-denominational group of young people between 18 and 35, will include:

• morning times of teaching and worship
• times of guided prayer based on the spirituality of Ignatius of Loyola
• times of sharing in small fraternity groups
• signposts for making choices and decisions
• times of festival and celebration

You will also have the chance to take part in the Festival's Open Events:

• open worship services
• times of prayer and praise
• public lectures and presentations in the afternoons
• dance parties in the streets of Canberra

We are inviting all young people who would like to participate in the youth program, designed specifically to provide a Christian Community life experience, to register with us for the week. See the Registration page for more details.
