- 'Civic Service' is a system in France which enables French and other European young people aged 18 to 25 to take part over 6 to 12 months in voluntary work, to give their time to help others in an activity that is of benefit to society.
- The Chemin Neuf Community offers positions in various areas: education, culture, the environment, social work, audiovisual projects, and running a cafe, amongst others.
